Job summary

Siemens in Bangalore is seeking an experienced India Payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processes and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and third-party vendors to deliver accurate salary processing and resolve employee queries.

The role requires 5–8 years of India payroll experience, strong data accuracy, and knowledge of HRIS systems. This position offers growth opportunities within a large, multinational organization.

Qualifications

• Experience managing India payroll processes end-to-end.
• Knowledge of labour laws, tax regulations, PF/ESI in India.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ payroll systems and data security.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees with accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
• Manage payroll inputs such as overtime, bonuses, incentives, leave records, reimbursements, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, income tax regulations, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and third-party payroll vendors for smooth payroll operations.
• Address and resolve employee queries related to salary, tax, benefits, and payroll discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports, MIS reports, reconciliation statements, and statutory filings.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and confidential data with high accuracy and security.
• Support year-end payroll activities, including tax adjustments, Form 16 generation, and compliance reporting.
