Job summary

Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an Early Professional to join our Travel & Expense operations. The role focuses on processing batch payments, addressing T&E queries, and maintaining master data, with a hands-on approach to improving processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Travel and Expense process experience preferred.
• Experience using Concur is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; deadline-focused and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process batch payments in a timely and accurate manner.

• Process batch payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Handling payment queries related to T&E

• Provide complete and consistent responses in a timely manner to the T&E customer inquiry / Stakeholders.
• Continually explores new methods to improve operations, work with management team to gain acceptance, and support implementation efforts

Your success is grounded in:

• 2years to 4 years’ Experience in Travel and Expense process is preferred.
• Experience in working knowledge on Concur tool is preferred.
• Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Must be deadline focused, organized and exhibit problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
• Must be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to prioritize tasks by levels of importance and urgency.
