Job summary

The role requires graduate qualification, strong typing, and familiarity with Windows/MS Office. Night-shift readiness with permanent office base in Hyderabad/Gurugram is expected.

Educational Background: Minimum Graduate

• Excellent communication skills in Gujrati & English (both written and verbal)

• Excellent documentation skills
• Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
• Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
