Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA is seeking a Process Executive - RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement innovative automation solutions. The role focuses on Automation Anywhere A360, Power Automate, and SAP-based automation to boost productivity and efficiency, while collaborating with business users to deliver valuable automation projects.

You will work under Continuous Improvement & RPA in the Global Business Services function, contributing to testing, deployment, and ongoing process enhancements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in RPA, automation, and process improvement.
• Hands-on experience developing, testing, deploying, and supporting automation solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Create and maintain automated solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 and Power Automate.
• Support SAP-based automation activities including data extraction, validation, and processing.
• Work with IQ Bot, Document Automation, and related tools for intelligent document processing.
• Develop Excel-based reporting solutions with VBA, formulas, PivotTables, and Power Query.
• Use SQL and Power Query for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver automation projects.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of automation initiatives.

Role Purpose Statement This position is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative RPA solutions that can enhance business productivity and maximize efficiency. It also involves understanding the business and its challenges, functionally outlining a solution to the identified use cases and then developing the required solutions

Main Accountabilities

• Utilize 3+ years of experience in RPA, automation, and business process improvement to support automation initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain automated business solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 and Power Automate under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support SAP-based automation activities including data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and transaction processing.
• Experience with IQ Bot, Document Automation, and related intelligent document processing tools.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based solutions using formulas, PivotTables, VBA/Macros, and Power Query for reporting and analysis.
• Utilize SQL and Power Query for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting support.
• Assist in the development and integration of automation solutions using scripting and programming technologies such as C#, .NET, or similar technologies.
• Monitor bot performance, perform troubleshooting, and provide production support for automation solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, user guides, testing documents, and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand process challenges, and support automation delivery.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities for automation projects.

Education & Experience

3+ years of experience in RPA, Intelligent Automation, or Business Process Automation projects using Automation Anywhere and/or Power Automate.
Hands-on experience in developing, testing, deploying, and supporting automation solutions.
Basic to intermediate understanding of SAP business processes and SAP-based automation solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
