Job summary

Bunge Mohali is seeking a Process Executive in Continuous Improvement & RPA to design, develop, and implement innovative automation solutions that boost productivity and efficiency. The role involves understanding business challenges, outlining a solution, and building required automation using AA A360, Power Automate, and related tools.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, support SAP-based automation activities, and maintain comprehensive documentation and testing artifacts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in RPA, Intelligent Automation, or BPM projects using Automation Anywhere and/or Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience in developing, testing, deploying, and supporting automation solutions.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of SAP processes and SAP-based automation.

Responsibilities

Role Purpose Statement: This position is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative RPA solutions that can enhance business productivity and maximize efficiency. It also involves understanding the business and its challenges, functionally outlining a solution to the identified use cases and then developing the required solutions

Main Accountabilities

• Utilize 3+ years of experience in RPA, automation, and business process improvement to support automation initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.


• Develop and maintain automated business solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 and Power Automate under the guidance of senior team members.


• Support SAP-based automation activities including data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and transaction processing.


• Experience with IQ Bot, Document Automation, and related intelligent document processing tools.


• Develop and maintain Excel-based solutions using formulas, PivotTables, VBA/Macros, and Power Query for reporting and analysis.


• Utilize SQL and Power Query for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting support.


• Assist in the development and integration of automation solutions using scripting and programming technologies such as C#, .NET, or similar technologies.


• Monitor bot performance, perform troubleshooting, and provide production support for automation solutions.


• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, user guides, testing documents, and knowledge articles.


• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand process challenges, and support automation delivery.


• Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities for automation projects.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
