Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA in Mohali is seeking a Process Executive - PTP to manage vendor invoice processing, PO creation and modification, and claim processing within SAP/VIM environments.

The role requires 2–4 years of AP experience, a commerce degree, and strong knowledge of MS Excel and SAP tools. You will work under the Finance team to ensure timely payments and compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce with 2–4 years of experience in AP domain.
• Experience with SAP tools and invoice processing.
• Knowledge of internal AP policies and controls.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily/periodic KPI reporting for AP/PTP.
• Serve as subject matter expert for PTP subprocesses (invoice processing, PO creation/modification, claim processing).
• Ensure controls to prevent duplicate or incorrect postings.
• Adhere to AP policies and meet defined TAT for allocations.
• Serve as point of contact for local business, requestors, and vendors.

Role Purpose Statement This position requires experience as Subject Matter expertise in invoice processing/T&E claim processing/Payment Processing/PO Creation or modification etc.

Main Accountabilities

• Daily/Weeky/Monthly Management reporting – KPI’s, Challenges, focus areas, etc.
• Subject Matter expertise in PTP subprocesses Invoice Processing of vendor invoices through VIM/SAP, Creation or Modification of PO's, Claim processing,
• Ensuring all necessary controls checks to avoid any duplicate / wrong posting.
• Adherence and compliance to internal Bunge AP Polices for Accounting.
• Complete daily allocation within defined TAT.
• Point of Contact for local Business, Requestors, Vendors

• Daily, Weekly reporting to stakeholders and Management

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in commerce with relevant 2-4 years of experience in AP Domain; SAP Knowledge
