• Basic process knowledge in F&A operations.
• Strong written & oral communications skills in English; knowledge of Asia languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• RPA coding using Automation Anywhere RPA Tool (A360).
• Work with Program manager, RPA Solution architect and BOT Control Room Manager to prioritize projects.
• Provide enhanced customer service to internal/external groups.
• Manage RPA documentation archiving and Reusable Object repository.
• Ensure common Reusable RPA Objects are applied to all projects; drive best practices.

Role Purpose Statement :

The Automation Anywhere Developer will be managing RPA Process development activities as per Solution Documentation within agreed timelines and accepted accuracy levels. Responsible for day-to-day development update and assisting the RPA Program Manager and RPA Solution Architect in day-to-day RPA Project Implementation and Programming modification for any change request received as & when.

Key Responsibilities

• RPA Coding by Using Automation Anywhere RPA Tool (A360)
• Intelligent document processing knowledge with working experience on IQBOT or Document Automation
• Working with Program manager, RPA Solution architect and BOT Control Room Manager, they select and prioritize projects to ensure work aligns with strategic goals.
• Provide enhanced level of customer service to internal and external groups.
• Manage RPA document archiving process and Reusable Object repository.
• Ensuring common Reusable RPA Objects are applied to all RPA Automation Projects and leading practices are adopted through staff training and system enhancements

Knowledge And Experience :

• 1 - 2 years of work experience in Automation Anywhere A360 RPA Development role with Leading BPO / SSC
• Automation Anywhere RPA Trained from reputed organization / Institute.
• Automation Anywhere RPA Solution coding for SAP Application.
• Basic process knowledge in F&A Operations
• Ability to provide high quality level of customer service.
• Strong written & oral communications skills in English. Knowledge of Asia languages added advantage.
• Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Access, MS SQL)
• Deliver at least 2 RPA Process Automation Projects

Distinct Advantage:

• Knowledge of scripting languages VBA, Java Scripts, Python
• Experience working in a BPO/ SSC setup a distinct advantage.
• Prior experience in managing RPA Process automation with high transaction volumes and good knowledge of associated controls and procedures.
• Problem solving experience, i.e. root cause analysis, options identification and evaluation
