Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Process Executive - PTP to support invoice processing, PO creation, and claim handling from its Mohali office in Punjab, India. The role requires 2–4 years of AP experience and strong SAP/VIM knowledge.

You will work under the Finance function, delivering timely processing with adherence to internal policies, and act as a liaison with vendors and the business for accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in commerce with relevant 2-4 years of experience in AP domain.
• SAP Knowledge is required for processing invoices and related tasks.
• Experience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management and related SAP modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily AP activities including invoice processing and PO creation/modification.
• Ensure controls to avoid duplicate or incorrect postings and adhere to AP policies.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly management reports and KPIs for the Finance team.
• Serve as point of contact for local business, requestors, and vendors.

Role Purpose Statement This position requires experience as Subject Matter expertise in invoice processing/T&E claim processing/Payment Processing/PO Creation or modification etc.

Main Accountabilities Daily/Weeky/Monthly Management reporting – KPI’s, Challenges, focus areas, etc.
Subject Matter expertise in PTP subprocesses Invoice Processing of vendor invoices through VIM/SAP, Creation or Modification of PO's, Claim processing,
Ensuring all necessary controls checks to avoid any duplicate / wrong posting.
Adherence and compliance to internal Bunge AP Polices for Accounting.
Complete daily allocation within defined TAT.
Point of Contact for local Business, Requestors, Vendors

Technical Daily, Weekly reporting to stakeholders and Management
Completion of daily allocated invoice count within the defined TAT.
Validate commodity, non-commodity and Inter-company invoices.
Controls checks to ensure no duplicate / wrong posting on vendors.

Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in commerce with relevant 2-4 years of experience in AP Domain; SAP Knowledge
