Job Description:

Business Title: RPA Developer

Reporting to: CI & RPA Lead

Role Purpose Statement:

This position is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative RPA solutions to enhance business productivity and efficiency. It involves understanding business challenges, outlining solutions for use cases, and developing the required solutions.

Main Accountabilities:

1. End-to-end automation responsibility.
2. Developing and configuring automation processes as per requirements.
3. Designing, building, and implementing RPA systems using AA & PAD platforms.
4. Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases.
5. Implementing effective unit testing practices for code quality.
6. Quickly learning new technologies and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
7. Self-starter with excellent communication skills.

Education & Experience:

• B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA graduate or postgraduate.
• Automation Anywhere Advanced Certified Professional.
• 3+ years of relevant hands-on RPA experience with AA & PAD.
