Job summary

Greencell Mobility is seeking a seasoned Process Excellence Specialist to lead optimization initiatives across functions in Mumbai. You will act as SME to steer projects, manage audit teams, and drive ISO certification readiness while leveraging Lean and Six Sigma to lower costs and improve customer experience.

The role requires 5-8 years in process excellence, strong communication, and hands-on implementation of ISO standards across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech (Mech/Electrical) required; Six Sigma Green Belt and Internal Auditor certs preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in Process Excellence; Lean, Six Sigma certified; ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001 implementations.
• Strong communication, process development, compliance, review, and cross-functional alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process excellence projects and act as SME to stakeholders for prioritizing improvements.
• Manage Process Auditor Team, audit reporting and improvement.
• Coordinate ISO certification readiness and audits with certification bodies.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives delivering measurable business results.
• Understand internal/external customer needs and drive process improvements for cost, quality, and operational excellence.
• Develop, implement, assess, automate and improve processes using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Measure process adequacy and compliance, support process owners in implementation.
• Collect data, perform diagnostics, identify opportunities and present action plans.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the journey of process excellence and strategic process improvement projects, and act as a subject matter expert to stakeholders in identifying and prioritizing process improvement projects.
• Management of Process Auditor Team, audit reporting and improvement
• Implementation of ISO Certification standards, coordination with certification agency, readiness for internal and external audits.
• Lead improvement initiatives by enlisting and influencing cross-functional teams that deliver tangible business results through the application of process excellence, methodologies, and tools.
• Understanding internal/external Customer needs of the process and driving process improvements, focused on process optimization, cost reduction, customer experience and operational excellence.
• Process development, implementation, assessment, automation, and improvement using process improvement tools like lean and six sigma.
• Measure process adequacy, effectiveness and improve compliance score. Support process owner for implementation.
• Collect data, conduct diagnostic analysis, identify opportunities that positively impact quality, cost, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction and present action plan in power point presentation
