Job summary

TRUSYS, Inc. seeks a Process Excellence Lead to drive end-to-end improvements across health, wealth, and career services. You will identify delays, redesign workflows, and build AI-enabled solutions to boost speed, quality, and client experience.

You will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, develop KPIs and dashboards, partner with cross-functional teams, manage change, and measure benefits for sustainable performance improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and optimize end-to-end business processes to improve speed, quality, efficiency, and reliability.
• Lead process improvement and transformation using Lean Six Sigma, process engineering, root cause analysis, and CI.
• Identify AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and ML opportunities to reduce manual effort, streamline workflows, and improve operational performance.
• Assess AI readiness and partner with tech teams to implement AI-enabled solutions.
• Define KPIs, baselines, and dashboards to monitor performance and quantify improvements.
• Use data analytics and AI insights to identify bottlenecks and productivity gains.
• Collaborate with business, operations, data, and technology teams to design digital workflows.
• Evaluate AI and automation solutions for effectiveness, accuracy, and scalability.
• Align stakeholders and senior leaders on priorities, business cases, and plans.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and training for adoption.
• Track post-implementation benefits and establish mechanisms for sustained improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with demonstrated experience applying LSS to processes.

You will lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, from understanding business challenges and designing practical solutions to implementing changes, driving adoption, and measuring results. You will also leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, data analytics, and digital technologies to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enable smarter, data-driven decision-making.

• Review and optimize end-to-end business processes to improve speed, quality, efficiency, and reliability.
• Lead process improvement and business transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, process engineering, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and machine learning to reduce manual effort, streamline workflows, and improve operational performance.
• Assess business processes for AI readiness and collaborate with technology teams to implement AI-enabled solutions that address business challenges.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), establish baselines, and develop dashboards to monitor process performance and quantify improvement outcomes.
• Use data analytics and AI-driven insights to identify bottlenecks, predict operational challenges, and uncover productivity improvement opportunities.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with demonstrated experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to business processes.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation projects.
• Practical experience identifying, evaluating, or implementing AI-driven process improvements, Generative AI use cases, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled business solutions.
• Understanding of AI capabilities, business applications, limitations, and responsible adoption, including data privacy, governance, and human oversight.
• Ability to translate complex business workflows into simple, scalable, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience defining performance metrics, conducting data analysis, developing dashboards, and measuring business outcomes.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, digital transformation, process mining, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, assess improvement opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders, business teams, and technology partners.
• A proven track record of implementing sustainable process improvements and delivering measurable business results.
