Job summary

Big 4 Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Manager for Business Transformation, Lean OpEx & AI Enablement. You will drive enterprise process improvement, operational excellence and AI-enabled transformation across cross-functional teams.

Role involves leading large-scale initiatives, measuring outcomes, and delivering measurable productivity gains. Hybrid work setup with global stakeholder collaboration and governance enhancements is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, Lean OpEx or Management Consulting.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
• Proven leadership in process improvement and enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong skills in process mapping, DMAIC, RCA and continuous improvement.
• Experience with automation, analytics and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives and operational diagnostics.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, VSM, RCA).
• Design current-state and target-state processes with roadmaps.
• Identify and implement AI/GenAI, automation, RPA and analytics solutions.
• Partner with business, technology, data and risk teams for scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Build business cases, measure productivity and cost benefits, track value realization.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change management and adoption activities.
• Establish governance, metrics and continuous improvement frameworks.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced transformation professionals to drive enterprise process improvement, operational excellence and AI-enabled business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong Lean Six Sigma expertise with the ability to identify process inefficiencies, redesign operating models and implement technology-led solutions that deliver measurable business value.

The role involves working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve productivity, streamline operations, strengthen governance and enable sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business process assessments, operational diagnostics and end-to-end transformation initiatives.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis and process re-engineering.
• Design current-state and target-state processes, identify improvement opportunities and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Identify and implement AI/GenAI, intelligent automation, RPA and analytics solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with business, technology, data and risk teams to develop scalable and responsible AI-enabled solutions.
• Build business cases, quantify productivity and cost benefits, and track value realization.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, training and adoption activities.
• Establish continuous improvement frameworks, performance metrics and governance mechanisms.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and senior leadership to deliver transformation outcomes.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Relevant experience in Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, Process Excellence, Lean OpEx or Management Consulting.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience leading process improvement, business process re‑engineering or enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of process mapping, VSM, DMAIC, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Experience with automation, analytics, AI/GenAI or other technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to measure and communicate business outcomes such as cost savings, productivity improvements, cycle-time reduction or quality enhancement.

Additional Requirements for Manager

• Experience independently leading large-scale transformation initiatives in a global organization or consulting environment.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions for operational or productivity improvements.
• Strong leadership, executive communication, change adoption and value realization capabilities.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Big Four / management consulting firms, global capability centres (GCCs), BFSI, technology, shared services, business operations and enterprise transformation teams are encouraged to apply.

Experience with Power BI, process mining, RPA platforms, workflow automation, analytics or AI-enabled process optimization will be an advantage.
