Job summary

Credence HR Services in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Manager/AVP to lead process excellence and AI transformation initiatives, delivering large-scale improvements and measurable business impact.

You will drive GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation programs, mentor teams, and partner with senior stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives. US/rotational shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Transformation, or Operational Excellence.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with proven large-scale project delivery.
• Strong GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation expertise.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in US / rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale process improvement and transformation engagements using Lean Six Sigma.
• Drive GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and outcomes.
• Identify and implement automation solutions using RPA, AI, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Deliver AI use cases across summarization, transcript analysis, predictive analytics, and automation.
• Define enterprise KPIs, drive cost optimization, and deliver measurable business impact.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align transformation strategies with business objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks, SOPs, and continuous improvement practices.
• Mentor teams and drive innovation across process excellence and AI transformation.
