Job summary

Deepak Nitrite Limited in India seeks a Senior Polymer Extrusion Engineer with 10+ years of engineering thermoplastics extrusion experience. You will lead extrusion projects and collaborate with Applications teams.

The role focuses on developing polycarbonate and other engineering thermoplastics, aligning product, asset, and capability roadmaps with customer needs, and optimizing polymer processing conditions and equipment design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering or Materials Science.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering thermoplastics extrusion.
• DOE and Six Sigma familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute extrusion projects to support product development of polycarbonate and other engineering thermoplastic products.
• Collaborate with internal and external Applications Engineering teams to meet customer expectations.
• Execute product, asset and capability roadmap aligned with customer needs and connect product performance with polymer processing conditions and equipment design.
