Job summary

Nova Polychem Industries, based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, is seeking a senior R&D professional to lead formulation trials for talc- and glass-filled PP compounds. The role includes owning pilot extrusion runs, mechanical testing programs, and scaling documentation, while partnering with automotive tier-1 customers on specifications.

You will mentor junior engineers and manage the materials characterization lab.

Qualifications

• M.Tech/PhD in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in polyolefin compounding or masterbatch development.
• Hands-on twin-screw extrusion and DOE experience.
• Working knowledge of automotive OEM material specifications.
