You will prepare technical proposals and estimate project costs. You will size equipment, review P&IDs, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with clients and suppliers to optimise performance and sustainability

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in water and wastewater treatment.
• Expertise in membrane filtration, ion exchange, and biological systems (ASP, MBBR, UASB).
• Experience in designing ZLD solutions and preparing technical proposals.
• Ability to perform cost estimation and equipment sizing.

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer with over 6 years of expertise in Separation, water and waste water treatment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing solutions for water treatment, effluent treatment, and zero liquid discharge (ZLD) systems. This role requires technical proficiency in membrane filtration, ion exchange, biological treatment (ASP, MBBR, UASB), and advanced ZLD technologies. The Process Engineer will be responsible for preparing technical proposals, conducting cost estimations, and overseeing process designs to ensure the successful implementation of water and wastewater treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Design & Optimisation: Develop and optimise process designs for water and wastewater treatment, including desalination and ZLD systems.
• Technical Proposals & Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed technical proposals, perform equipment sizing, and conduct cost analysis.
• Process Documentation: Create and review P&IDs, hydraulic designs, and supplier evaluations to ensure process integrity and compliance.
• Technology Integration: Work with advanced treatment solutions including membrane filtration, ion exchange, and biological treatment systems.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and implementations meet local and international environmental regulations.
