Job summary

Your future role

• You will execute increased scope from 360º service portfolio (Proposal, process engineering, client support) at customer sites. Also share market intelligence and customer insight. You will communicate reports and take actions to resolve customers’ issue. You would be required to troubleshoot customers’ problems related to supplied products at site.
• Supervising process related activities for various water treatment technologies (esp. SBR & package treatment plants) at client location or remotely and providing technical support to customer.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems with deep application and deep product knowledge at customers site or remotely.
• Train customers on product and operation of equipment.
• Follow up on actions and commitments made to customers.
• Manage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in a timely manner.
• Communicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences.
• Work with 3rd-party suppliers to coordinate equipment design and manufacturing.
• Participate in customer-witnessed FAT, SAT and other related approval activities as needed.
• Lead internal initiatives aimed at lesson learnt and misses in executed projects and independently drive to closure.
• Travel for extended periods of time for bubble assignments, field support and meetings across the globe.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College.
• Experience Required: 5 to 8 years.
• Two to five years’ experience in process engineering and Techno-commercial proposal preparation of various water treatment technologies/projects, esp. SBR, MBR, MBBR and Package treatment plants.
• Understanding of water treatment processes on various technologies.
• Vendor coordination to collect & negotiate techno-commercial quotes for submitting an offer to the client.
• Capabilities and experience to design complete cycle of 20MLD or Higher Municipal STPs.
