Job summary
Talent Seed Hr Services in Pune seeks a Process Engineer with Injection Moulding expertise to drive process development and validation for automotive OEM projects. The role entails establishing robust moulding processes, supporting NPD activities, and training technicians in Scientific Moulding.
The candidate will coordinate with Design, PE, APQP, and Projects teams to ensure cost reductions and continuous improvements across moulding operations at Pune/Sanaswadi.
Qualifications
- Must have Injection Moulding/Process Engineer experience.
Responsibilities
- NPD activities, mould validation & successful proving
- Process establishment using Scientific Moulding
- Moulding process, material & equipment troubleshooting
- SOP + 90 days process support
- Rejection & cycle-time reduction
- Process documentation, trial observations, TGW & TGR
- Technician training in Scientific Moulding
- Cost reduction & continuous improvement
- Moldflow interpretation and problem solving
- Coordination with Design, PE, APQP & Projects
