Job summary

Adonis Recruitment Consultants seeks a capable engineer to drive NEW PROJECTS/NPD in Tier1 automotive injection molding. You will apply PPAP, tooling validation, and process analysis to support design milestones and mold approvals. Collaboration with CFT teams and coordination of materials is essential.

Candidates should have a BE in Mech/Plastics with 3–8 years of relevant experience, and be adept at handling drawings, process data, and PFMEA/PFD activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BE Mech/Plastics with 3–8 years in NEW PROJECTS / NPD for Tier1 automotive injection molding.
• Strong PPAP, tooling validation, and process analysis experience.
• Familiarity with PFMEA, PFD, and CFT coordination.
