About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Process Engineering with strong expertise in rubber processing, molding, and quality systems. The candidate will be responsible for process design, documentation, audit handling, production problem-solving, and continuous improvement in a rubber manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rubber process, rubber design, and molding knowledge.
• Process design using AutoCAD, Solid Edge, or similar 3D software.
• Implementation of Core Tools: APQP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA.
• Preparation and control of process & quality documentation.
• Handling customer and certification audits (IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Production line problem diagnosis, resolution, and team training.
• Customer complaint handling using RCA and 8D methodology.
• Inspection and quality control methods; non-conformity identification.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and basic calibration systems.
• Production data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
