Seeking a highly seasoned and dynamic Process Engineer / Senior Process Manager with 12 to 18 years of robust experience in executing large-scale water and industrial wastewater treatment infrastructure. The ideal candidate will spearhead end-to-end execution of turnkey/EPC projects, ensuring technical excellence, strict compliance, timeline adherence, and budgetary control for complex systems including ETPs, WTPs, CETPs, and ZLD systems (incorporating advanced RO, UF, MEE, and Crystallizers).

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end execution of massive infrastructure projects covering industrial ETPs, WTPs, CEPTs, and high-capacity ZLD systems from inception to commissioning.
• Establish definitive project lifecycles, Master Engineering Schedules (L2/L3 schedules), resource planning charts, and precise milestone matrices.
• Monitor daily and weekly progress metrics using project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera P6), taking immediate corrective action to alleviate bottlenecks.

Technical Engineering & Design Review Oversight

• Review and validate detailed engineering deliverables, including Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), hydraulic calculations, and mass balances.
• Guide technical squads on advanced treatment tech such as ultrafiltration (UF), reverse osmosis (RO), Multi-Effect Evaporators (MEE), Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR), and advanced crystallizers.
• Drive value engineering initiatives to lower operational costs (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) without sacrificing build quality.
