Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency.

Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure stable and efficient operations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibility

• Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Develop, review, and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Investigate process deviations, production issues, and quality concerns, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis using problem solving tools and methodologies.
• Support production teams by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
• Collect and analyze process data to drive performance improvements.
• Participate in new product introduction, process validation, and equipment qualification activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production and quality objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in data analysis and problem solving techniques.
