Job summary

Technoforce Solutions is seeking a Process Engineer in Nashik, India. The role involves preparing P&IDs, PFDs, 2D layouts, and control philosophies, along with sizing heat exchangers and pumps, drafting using AutoCAD, and preparing operating manuals.

The candidate will provide technical support to the process and commissioning team and must communicate challenges effectively to remove barriers. Strong collaboration across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Chemical Engineering with proven work experience as a Process Engineer.
• Hands on experience of ASPEN and Auto CAD.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling EPCm, EPC and/or turnkey Project's.

Responsibilities

• Prepare P&IDs, PFDs (including HMB), 2D layout, Control Philosophy, RFQs, Utility Summary Sheet etc.
• Heat Exchanger, Pumps, etc. Sizing Calculation.
• P&ID, PFD drafting using AutoCAD
• Preparation of operating manual, etc.
• Providing technical support to the Process and commissioning team
• Effectively communicate challenges and remove barriers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Chemical Engineering with proven work experience as a Process Engineer. PGD in Process Engineering will be an added advantage (but not compulsory)
• Hands on experience of ASPEN and Auto CAD
• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling EPCm, EPC and/or turnkey Project's
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a complex, technical, cross departmental setup
• Great attention to detail and a results driven approach.
