Job summary

Studyin Global is seeking a Process Consultant to support B2B partners and clients by acquiring in-depth knowledge of our services and products. The role includes managing student applications, developing university relationships, and delivering client training on Studyin portals.

You will engage with universities, coordinate admissions support from submission to visa processing, and participate in promotional events to drive higher education opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in Overseas Education domain focus
• Counselling and application processing for UK/Canada/USA/Dubai
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required

Responsibilities

• Student Application Processing: oversee seamless processing of student applications from all Studyin Global offices
• Comprehensive Knowledge Development: maintain in-depth knowledge of Studyin services and products to support B2B partners and clients
• Client Relationship Management: establish and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with clients
• Client Training and Support: conduct training sessions for clients on Studyin portals to utilise platforms effectively
• Timely Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: provide timely updates to stakeholders about Studyin products and services
• Student Admission Support: assist clients through the student admission journey from application submission to visa processing
• Participation in University Exhibitions and Events: represent Studyin at exhibitions and events to promote higher education opportunities
• Higher Education Promotion: contribute to promotion of higher education and liaise with educational institutions
• Collaboration with Universities: maintain productive relationships with universities for recruitment
• Brand Development: contribute to the Studyin brand's visibility and reputation

A Process Consultant is responsible for acquiring and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our services andproducts to effectively support B2B partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Application Processing: Managing and overseeing the seamless processing of student applications fromall Studyin Global offices, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with institutional and regulatoryrequirements.
• Comprehensive Knowledge Development: Acquiring and maintaining an in-depth understanding of Studyinsservices and products to effectively support B2B partners and clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Establishing, maintaining, and nurturing long-term strategic partnerships withclients, ensuring continuous engagement and value-driven interactions.
• Client Training and Support: Conducting training sessions for clients on Studyins portals, ensuring they are wellequipped to utilise the platforms effectively for accessing products and services.
• Timely Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Ensuring that all relevant stakeholders receive timelyupdates regarding Studyins products and services, enhancing transparency and operational efficiency.
• Student Admission Support: Assisting clients throughout the student admission journey, from initial applicationsubmission to visa processing, providing guidance at every stage to ensure a smooth experience.
• Participation in University Exhibitions and Events: Representing Studyin at university exhibitions and promotional events, engaging with students, universities, and other stakeholders to promote higher educationopportunities.
• Higher Education Promotion: Undertaking additional responsibilities related to the promotion of highereducation, including liaising with educational institutions and participating in strategic initiatives.
• Collaboration with Universities: Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with universities anduniversity representatives to facilitate student recruitment efforts.
• Brand Development: Contributing to the ongoing development and strengthening of the Studyin brand,enhancing its visibility and reputation in the higher education sector.

About the Candidate (including required competencies)

• Good communication and Writing skills.
• Experienced in managing partners & clients.
• Able to fill the UK University applications.
• Should have knowledge of the admission requirements for universities.

Requirements & Qualification

• 4-6 years ( Must carry good knowledge of the Overseas Education domain. Counselling and applicationprocessing for the UK, Canada, USA, Dubai).
• A bachelors degree or equivalent degree is a must.
