• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (Python, JavaScript, VBA, etc.)
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
• Solid knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, and triggers.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
