Job summary

Mantras2Success Consultants is seeking an Automation Leader to define strategy, implement automation roadmaps, and drive BPA across business units.

You will lead projects, design API workflows, and mentor a team of automation specialists while partnering with IT, Product, QA, and operations to realize ROI and efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Experience in automation initiatives and driving automation across business functions.
• Proven ability to design and implement BPA initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with low-code platforms and API integrations.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement automation strategy and roadmap
• Identify automation opportunities using process analysis and process mapping
• Lead automation projects, POCs, and workflow implementations
• Work on AI-driven automation use cases
• Collaborate with IT, Product, QA, and Business teams
• Design and manage API integrations and system workflows
• Track automation KPIs: cost reduction, effort savings, focus on ROI and business outcomes (not just tools)
• Lead UAT, testing, and deployment of solutions
• Manage and mentor a team of specialists for automation execution

Required Skills

• Experience in Automation Tools / Low-code platforms
