About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer for our client to build and scale a next‑generation healthcare data platform. This role involves developing high-quality systems, contributing to architecture, and improving performance and reliability.

Must Have – Technical Competencies

• Hands‑on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, AutomationEdge or equivalent.
• Strong experience in Java, Selenium, Playwright, Test Automation or software development.
• Experience working with REST APIs, Web Services, Integrations, and Databases.
• Strong understanding of automation development best practices, debugging, and deployment.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and source code management.

Must Have – Non-Technical Competencies

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in RPA, Automation, Software Development, or Test Automation.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering enterprise automation solutions.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to work independently on automation projects.

Good to Have

• Certifications in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or any other RPA tool.
• Experience with OCR, Document Processing, Workflow Automation, and Process Optimization.
• Exposure to AI/ML, Intelligent Automation, or Cognitive Automation solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise integrations.
