We are looking for a skilled Power Automate Desktop Developer to design, develop, and support
intelligent automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have
hands‑on experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA), Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Office Scripts. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and clients to automate business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and provide ongoing support for existing automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
- Build and customize integrated business solutions using Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Office Scripts.
- Develop cloud-based workflows using Power Automate to automate business processes across Microsoft 365 and third-party applications.
- Build and customize Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint Lists, Libraries, Forms, and document management solutions.
- Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Office Scripts, and REST APIs.
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in client discussions to understand requirements, provide project updates, and communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM), track action items, and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize existing workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Provide production support, enhancements, bug fixes, and maintenance for existing automation projects.
- Develop reusable automation components and maintain technical documentation.
- Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, and error recovery mechanisms in automation solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft Power Platform governance, security, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, QA teams, and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, release management, and production support activities.
