Job summary

Puma Energy is seeking a process automation engineer to design and deploy scalable automation solutions across the organization. You will leverage Xceptor, Kissflow, and Sigma Computing, plus API integrations, to transform complex business processes.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders, document requirements, build robust workflows, and mentor peers while delivering data-driven insights for the Africa region. A strong mix of technical and communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years in process automation/engineering with focus on Xceptor, Kissflow, or Sigma Computing.
• Hands-on expertise in Xceptor (Core & Recon Hub) including custom workflows, maker/checker functionalities, data processes, and dataset handling.
• Experience delivering automation solutions in banking, financial services, or energy industry is preferred.
• Strong exposure to handling diverse input formats and data change events.
