Job summary

MAN TRUCK & BUS INDIA PVT. LTD in Pune is seeking an automation engineer to identify opportunities and build end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and Python. The role requires 4–6 years of hands-on automation experience and a BE/BTech or ME/MTech degree, with a hybrid work policy in place.

You will collaborate with business analysts, IT, and process owners to deliver scalable, secure automations and provide production support to optimize existing processes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of automation experience.
• B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech required.
• Experience with UiPath and Power Platform.
• Hands-on programming with Python/VBA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Develop end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, VBA, and Python.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, PMs, IT teams and Process Owners to translate requirements.
• Ensure automations are scalable, secure, compliant and production-ready.
• Provide production support and continuous optimization.

Responsible for identifying automation opportunities, assessing feasibility, and developing end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, VBA, and Python. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, IT teams, and Process Owners to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient automation solutions. Perform automation testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization to ensure reliable production performance. Leverage OCR, NLP, Copilot, basic AWS cloud knowledge, and Agentic AI concepts to enhance automation capabilities and business efficiency.

To ensure that you will-

• Perform automation feasibility assessments and value estimation
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, IT, and Process Owners to translate
• Monitor, support, and continuously optimize automations in production
• Experience: 4 to 6 years
• Qualifications: B.E/ B.Tech, M.E/ M.Tech
• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, OCR, NLP, Copilot, and related tools
• Requirements into robust automation solutions
• Ensure automations are scalable, reusable, secure, compliant, and production-ready
• Hands on experience with: UIPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, VBA, Python programming etc.
