Thanas Tech in Tirunelveli is seeking a Process Associate for our night-shift voice and non-voice operations. You will manage inbound and outbound customer communications, ensuring high-quality service from the office.

Open to experienced call-center professionals and freshers. Strong English communication is mandatory; multilingual skills (Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam) are a plus. Full-time, permanent role based in Tirunelveli, with night hours 20:30–06:30 and salary of 1.8–3.5 LPA.

We are seeking dynamic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Process Associates for our night-shift voice operations. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound customer communications, ensuring a high standard of service and support.

Role & Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Workflow Compliance: Adhere strictly to approved workflows and organizational guidelines when responding to customer queries.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and cross-functional teams to meet performance targets and maintain service quality. Relationship Building: Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional behaviour to build positive relationships with customers.

Candidate Profile & Skills Required:

• Prior experience in a call center environment is highly ideal. However, candidates with experience in any industry, as well as motivated freshers, are welcome to apply.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (clear and accurate) are mandatory.

Language Proficiency:

• High proficiency in English and multiple regional languages, specifically Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam, will be highly preferred.

Geographic Requirement:

• This position is strictly open to candidates currently residing in or native to Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
