• Follow up on pending queries and close topics with ownership.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly activity reports as required.
• Maintain robust tracking of processed transactions and metrics.

• Managing inbound calls and web requests accurately and timely execution with highest standards of quality.
• Rigorous follow up and closure of pending queries/open topics with ownership.
• Complete reporting of activities handled on daily/weekly/monthly basis (as per requirements).
• Adherence to robust tracking mechanism on processed transactions daily.
• Flexible working in shifts (including night shifts) and split/rotational weekly offs.
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Verbal communication in Hindi.
