Siemens in Bangalore seeks a Finance & Procurement associate to handle daily customer and vendor master data changes, AR/AP processing, and processing of payments. You will work within an integrated, highly automated environment to ensure accuracy and timely closing.

The ideal candidate has a B.Com or BBA, strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Night or early-morning shifts may be required to support global operations.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Create and modify customer/vendor master data for 3rd party and intra-company requests.
• Process emergency requests as applicable.
• Coordinate with customers to analyze queries and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate master data for customer/vendor creations and modifications.
• Collaborate with internal departments and across multiple applications/ERP systems.

You'll Make a Difference By

• You will be responsible to Perform daily Customer/Vendor Creations and Modifications for 3rd party and Intra Companies requests, Processing of emergency requests (as applicable), Contacting requestors for Discrepancy resolution and providing assistance to the team as needed for Siemens Business Units
• You will coordinate with customers to analyze the queries & resolve the issue.
• You will possess analytical skills in resolving the queries.
• Understanding of AR/AP process
• Ensure proper Accounting and Controls are performed for processing activity.
• Understanding of various quality Methodologies
• You are accurate in master data maintenance for Customer/Vendor Creations and Modifications for 3rd party and Intra Companies request
• You will be working with internal departments on queries and discrepancy resolution
• You will be working with multiple applications/ERP's
