Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Management or similar IT role.
• Comfortable working with international stakeholders and service providers.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Solid understanding of IT service delivery and incident management.
• Eager to learn and continuously improve.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of business applications from onboarding to retirement.
• Drive cybersecurity, compliance, and governance across a portfolio of digital services.
• Serve as the primary contact between business stakeholders, service providers, and technical teams.
• Improve service quality, performance, and user experience via KPIs and improvements.
• Support risk management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Lead service reviews and governance meetings with global stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities to modernize application operations.
• Collaborate with global Siemens teams and senior stakeholders.
• Influence decisions on lifecycle, service quality, and operational excellence.
• Gain exposure to modern technologies and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Has a good understanding of IT service delivery and incident management.
• Is eager to learn and continuously improve.
