Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks a finance professional to manage GL closing, journal entries, and monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting. You will ensure compliance with IND AS & IFRS, coordinate close calendars, and support statutory audits with the finance team.

CA/CMA qualified candidates with 1-2 years of experience (or CA semi-qualified with 5+ years in manufacturing) are preferred. SAP FI knowledge and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA/CMA with relevant experience in accounting and audit processes.
• Experience in IND AS, IFRS, and Companies Act 2013 is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP FI is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage GL closing and monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting.
• Post journal entries and provisions for P&L and B/S items.
• Ensure adherence to IND AS & IFRS and support statutory audits.
• Coordinate close calendars and ensure sub-ledger reconciliation.
• Prepare Financial Statements per Sch III and liaise with auditors.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Responsible for GL closing and reporting. Timely closure of books of Accounts of the entities and reporting on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.

2) Ensure Journal entries/ provisions are posted on monthly basis for key items on P&L and B/S

3) Control & Review General Ledger Accounting including maintenance and control over chart of accounts

4) Ensure implementation of new accounting policies / standards as per IND AS & IFRS

5) Ensure fiscal reviews on a monthly basis with the Record to report Head , Corporate Financial controller & Monthly balance sheet reviews

6) Review and Finalization of Statutory Financials quarterly as per IND AS:

a. Facilitating audit by the External Auditors (statutory and group audit)

b. Preparation of Financial Statements as per Sch III of the Companies Act 2013

c. Collaborate with business teams to close the Audit open points

d. Responsible for getting the Accounts Audited by External Auditors

e. Handling preparation for Board meeting related deliverables with reference to Financial Accounts

7) Month end closing activities as per financial closing cockpit

a. Planning the monthly closing activities, Co-ordination with various teams from the LE

b. Ensure all sub-ledgers are closed on time after posting of all entries

c. Preparation of monthly accounting schedules and circulation of the same

8) Ensure fiscal governance and internal controls including documentation of process, which includes closing IA audit points

9) Participation in special projects relating to Finance control & process improvements .

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

CA/CMA

Experience :CA Fresher, Minimum 1-2 Years’ experience, CA Semi-qualified with 5+ years in medium or large manufacturing Industry, GCC, COE in accounting functions.

• Knowledge on Companies Act 2013, Ind AS, IFRS, SEBI Regulations

• Must have handled Year’s Annual Audit as per IFRS / Ind AS.

• Exposure of SAP – FI system is must.

• Basic understanding of new age technologies like RPA, blockchain, PowerBi will be an added advantage
