Job summary

Amazon in Bengaluru is seeking a reliable Operations Associate to support daily floor activities across inbound, outbound, and re-boxing processes. You will allocate tasks, monitor associate productivity, and ensure quality checks while upholding SOPs.

You will track and report KPI, coordinate with Area Managers, resolve on-floor issues, and help ensure timely dispatch, contributing to Amazon’s goal of customer-centric service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.

Amazon Operations primarily consist of Inventory planning & supply chain, warehouse management, transportation, 3P seller order fulfillment, customer returns & customer service. The tasks handled by operations have a direct impact on customer experience with Amazon.com. You will work with the Leadership team at to improve existing systems or processes or devise new ways and reduce defects to serve Amazon’s customers better. You will be required to analyze data, interact with cross functional teams, recommend and pilot improvements that will help us serve our customers better, in line with our goal to be the Earth’s Most Customer Centric Company.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
