Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence:
• Perform insurance‑related back‑office tasks such as policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and claims support.
• Accurately process insurance data in client systems while meeting quality and TAT requirements.
• Follow defined SOPs, SLAs, and client‑specific insurance guidelines.
• Validate and update policyholder information and insurance documents..
• Quality and Productivity:
• Meet assigned productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time targets.
• Adhere to quality standards and participate in internal quality audits.
• Rework assigned cases promptly and implement feedback shared by the Team Leader or QA team.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and client requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and policyholder information.
