Job summary

Tetra Pak is seeking a Printing Engineer for its manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune. The role focuses on operating Flexo printing machinery, ensuring quality output, and applying TPM/WCM concepts to improve long-term performance.

The candidate should have 5–7 years of flexo printing experience as a Production Engineer with a diploma or degree, with autonomy in AM duties and readiness to work at site in Pune.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with 5–7 years in flexo printing as a production engineer.
• Basic knowledge of flexo printing process.
• Learn standard AM steps.
• WCM/TPM knowledge or ability to apply for troubleshooting.
• Experience as Autonomous Maintenance (AM) team member.

Who you are

• 1.Flexo Printing Process knowledge of 5-7 year as as a Production Engineer with Diploma or Degree.
• 2.Basic knowledge of Flexo printing process
• 3.Should have learnt standard AM steps
• 4.WCM knowledge or should be able to apply TPM / WCM metholodolgies for trouble shooting
• 5.Experience as Autonomous Maintenance (AM) team member to take care of AM of machines
