Role Summary
We are looking for dynamic and hands-on Production Engineers / Assistant Engineers Production to join our manufacturing team at Chakan, Pune. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing production activities, ensuring quality output, supporting machine operations, and driving continuous improvement through TPM and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine production activities as per established procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure quality output meets defined standards and production targets.
- Operate and monitor production machines and equipment efficiently.
- Support and execute Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities.
- Maintain machine reliability and process stability.
- Apply TPM and WCM methodologies for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Use 7 QC Tools for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams.
- Contribute towards achieving safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations.
- Basic understanding of production equipment and machinery.
- Experience in Autonomous Maintenance (AM).
- Working knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and World Class Manufacturing (WCM).
- Experience in troubleshooting production-related issues.
- Good understanding of 7 QC Tools and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience as an AM team member managing equipment upkeep and reliability.
Soft Skills
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to read and understand SOPs, work instructions, and machine manuals.
- Team-oriented mindset with a learning attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

- Ready to operate and work directly on machines.
- Willing to work in rotational three-shift operations.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC)
- Printing Engineering / Printing Technology
Production Engineer
- 3 to 6 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations.
