Job summary

Tetra Pak is hiring a Printing Production Engineer for our Chakan facility in Pune. You will apply engineering skills to day-to-day production tasks on Flexo presses and drive quality outputs. The role focuses on maintaining performance through Autonomous Maintenance and WCM practices.

The position requires 5–7 years in Flexo production engineering, with a diploma or degree in engineering, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and TPM implementation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering with 5–7 years of experience in Flexo printing.
• Knowledge of Flexo printing process and standard AM steps.
• Familiarity with TPM/WCM methodologies for troubleshooting and machine care.

Responsibilities

We are looking for smart Printing Engineer for our production facility at Chakan, Pune. Who can apply their engineering skills in day-to-day production activity.

What You Will Do

• Efficiently performs routine production tasks on Flexo printing machine as per established procedure
• Good quality output as per established norm
• Learn WCM and AM skills to build sustainable performance in future

Who You Are

• Flexo Printing Process knowledge of 5-7 year as as a Production Engineer with Diploma or Degree.
• Basic knowledge of Flexo printing process
• Should have learnt standard AM steps
• WCM knowledge or should be able to apply TPM / WCM metholodolgies for trouble shooting
• Experience as Autonomous Maintenance (AM) team member to take care of AM of machines

This is an permanent role based at Chakan, Pune.
