Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Degree/Diploma in Printing and has hands-on knowledge of screen printing processes, quality control, and safety compliance. Shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Printing Technology.
• Good knowledge of screen printing processes and machines.
• Experience in production planning and manpower handling.
• Understanding of print quality, colour matching, registration, and finishing.
• Ability to monitor production targets and reduce rejection/wastage.
• Knowledge of production reports and basic MS Office/Excel.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong team handling and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety, 5S, and SOP compliance.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
