Job summary

FCI CCM Inc. seeks a technically skilled maintenance professional to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed inkjet printing systems in a demanding production environment.

Preferred candidates hold a Diploma/BE/BTech in a technical discipline and have 2+ years hands-on experience with inkjet printers (JS1400 or equivalent); familiarity with brands like Domino, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, HP or Canon is a plus. Willingness to work across shifts is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Printing Technology, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining high-speed inkjet printing systems (preferably JS1400).
• Strong understanding of high-speed production printing processes, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and print-quality requirements.
• Exposure to brands such as JS1400, Domino, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, HP, Canon or similar industrial printing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, machine drawings, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to respond to machine breakdowns and production-critical situations.

Desired Experience/Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Printing Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of high-speed inkjet printing systems, preferably JS1400 or equivalent models.
• Strong understanding of high-speed production printing processes, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and print-quality requirements.
• Practical exposure to printing equipment and technologies from brands such as JS1400, Domino, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, HP, Canon, or similar industrial printing systems will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components used in production printing equipment, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, machine drawings, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to respond effectively to machine breakdowns and production‑critical situations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced plant environment and provide technical support across shifts as required.
