Job summary

FCI CCM in Navi Mumbai seeks a skilled maintenance technician for high-speed inkjet printing systems. The role focuses on operation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to sustain peak production output.

The candidate should have a Diploma/BE/B.Tech in a technical discipline with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. Knowledge of JS1400 or similar systems is preferred, with ability to work across shifts in a fast-paced plant.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Printing Technology, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of high-speed inkjet printing systems (JS1400 or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of high-speed production printing processes, preventive and breakdown maintenance, and print-quality requirements.
• Exposure to printers from brands such as JS1400, Domino, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, HP, Canon or similar industrial printing systems will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot and maintain high-speed inkjet printing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and production-critical issues with effective corrective actions.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, machine drawings and troubleshooting documentation.
• Provide technical support across shifts in a fast-paced plant environment.

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of high-speed inkjet printing systems, preferably JS1400 or equivalent models.
• Strong understanding of high-speed production printing processes, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and print-quality requirements.
• Practical exposure to printing equipment and technologies from brands such as JS1400, Domino, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, HP, Canon, or similar industrial printing systems will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components used in production printing equipment, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, machine drawings, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to respond effectively to machine breakdowns and production‑critical situations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced plant environment and provide technical support across shifts as required.
