Qualifications

• 12–16 years of experience in software, project or program management.
• Experience leading complex enterprise programs.
• Strong executive-level communication and client management.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC and enterprise SaaS delivery.
• Consulting/transformation experience preferred.
• PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP is an advantage.
• Ownership mindset with hands-on delivery orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex banking technology transformation programs end-to-end.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable transformation roadmaps.
• Act as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders.
• Lead globally distributed Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA and Consulting teams.
• Own governance, scope, risks, dependencies and program economics.
• Anticipate delivery challenges and drive timely resolution.
• Challenge assumptions and drive better solutions.
• Build a culture of accountability, ownership and high performance.
