ServiceNow Product Manager / Business Analyst (HRSD & Employee Workflows)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Product Manager / Business Analyst for ServiceNow HRSD and Employee Workflow initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Conduct workshops and discussions with HR business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Define product roadmap, priorities, and process improvements for employee experience initiatives.
• Drive ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects across:
  • HRSD
  • Employee Center
  • Employee Lifecycle Events
  • Case & Knowledge Management
  • Employee Service Delivery Workflows
• Collaborate with development teams to design scalable and user-friendly solutions.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and ServiceNow capabilities.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT coordination, and release management activities.
• Track KPIs, adoption metrics, and platform performance improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrations and enterprise workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices for ServiceNow Employee Experience solutions.

Required Skills

• 6–12 years of experience in ServiceNow Product Management / Business Analysis roles.
• Strong expertise in:
  • HRSD
  • Employee Workflows

  • Lifecycle Events
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and user story creation.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with ServiceNow platform capabilities and workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
• Knowledge of SDLC and enterprise application delivery lifecycle.

Optional Skills

• Exposure to:
  • Knowledge of enterprise service management processes is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.
• CIS-HRSD certification is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
• Experience in integrations and API-based solutions.
• Understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
