Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications to meet complex business requirements.
• Design and implement micro front-ends using TypeScript, React, and NextJS, integrated with ServiceNow portals.
• Create and customize templates, widgets, pages, and portals ensuring responsive UI and optimal UX.
• Extend out-of-the-box Knowledge Management and related modules to bridge functionality gaps.
• Build scripted APIs and manage integrations with third-party platforms for AI, reporting, and analytics.
• Configure export sets and data feeds for reporting and analytics purposes.
• Collaborate with QA, partners, and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex code issues using ServiceNow tools, logs, and best practices.
• Maintain accessibility standards and performance optimization for front-end components.
