Job summary

Aerchain is rewriting procurement with an AI-first platform and global enterprise reach. We seek a senior product leader to own problem discovery, customer engagements, and cluster roadmaps across modules to deliver measurable value.

With 9–12 years in product roles and strong procurement/domain experience, you will drive AI-enabled solutions from discovery to adoption, coach PMs/builders, and ensure outcomes for Tier A customers.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years in product roles with progression to module ownership.
• Procurement, sourcing or supply-chain domain experience required.
• Ability to diagnose complex problems and make high-stakes decisions.
• AI-enabled product mindset and hands-on prototyping experience.
• Experience developing and mentoring PMs / Builders.

From $4M ARR today to $25M ARR and beyond, our mission is to build enterprise-grade, AI-first procurement software for global enterprises across manufacturing, FMCG, and services.

What You’ll Drive

Problem Discovery & Research

• Drive discovery across the cluster: understand customer problems, workflows, and success criteria at the deepest level.
• Set the standard for how problems are diagnosed and sized across your PMs / Builders. Challenge recommendations, not just review them. Zero escalations without a fully formed recommendation and reasoning.

Customer Ownership

• Own Tier A customer engagements end-to-end, from understanding their problems to ensuring they realise value from the product.
• Solution enterprise clients independently, coordinating with PMs / Builders where modules overlap.
• Be the single point of contact for Tier A customers through delivery, adoption, and outcome

validation.

• Own the cluster roadmap: what gets built, deferred, and killed across all modules, with reasoning tied to customer outcomes.
• Sign off on PRDs and prototypes from your PMs / Builders. Not as an approval gate, but as the person who knows the modules well enough to find what’s missing.
• Hold the building standard across the cluster: solutions are prototyped in AI and handed to engineering as the foundation they build forward from.
• Backend, hardening, and refinement of functionality all start from your team’s prototype, not a blank page.
• Use AI across every step: research, problem framing, drafting, prototyping, validation. Set the standard for the cluster.

Execution & Delivery

• Oversee delivery across the cluster. Sign off on sprint plans and ensure PMs / Builders are unblocked and on track.
• Own the quality bar across all modules. A delivery failure in the cluster is your failure.

Release & Adoption

• Hold the customer-value metrics standard across all modules in the cluster. PMs / Builders define; you challenge and validate.
• Own post-release outcomes for Tier A customers. Stay in the loop until value is confirmed.
• Develop the PMs / Builders in your cluster: build their judgment, not just their output.

You’ll thrive here if

• 9–12 years in product roles with clear progression from feature ownership to module or product area ownership.
• Procurement, sourcing, or supply-chain domain experience is required: you understand the workflows you’re building for, not just the software.
• You diagnose complex, ambiguous problems and make high-stakes calls with confidence, not just for yourself, but to set the standard for your team.
• You use AI as a core part of how you work and raise the bar for those around you, and you build with it, prototyping solutions engineering carries forward.
• You develop people by doing: you show PMs / Builders what good looks like, not just tell them.
• You own outcomes, not activities. You stay in the loop until value is confirmed, not until the feature ships.
• Bonus: exposure to enterprise SaaS or complex B2B environments.
