Intellect Design Arena Ltd in Chennai seeks a senior B2B marketing leader to own the global GTM playbook and build the lead-gen engine driving toward a $10M ARR benchmark. This role unifies product marketing, creative/web, digital, and field with one engine and a single weekly pipeline metric.

You will align ABM, brand, and digital acquisition, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to accelerate enterprise deals and governance-focused storytelling across markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B/enterprise software marketing with a proven track record of scaling an engine through high-growth phases.
• AI-native operator with demonstrable use of AI tools to augment team productivity across an org.
• Fluency marketing to banks and large enterprises with governance and explainability as selling points.

Responsibilities

• Own the lead generation engine and pipeline targets; establish a single source of truth in CRM and weekly reports.
• Design and execute hyper-targeted ABM campaigns for tier-1 enterprise targets across digital, content, and field channels.

Job description

• Own the growth thesis: write the global go-to-market playbook, own and create the lead gen machine that takes Purple Fabric to $10M ARR - and be accountable for the marketing half of getting there. This seat sets a growth strategy; it does not take briefs.
• Make four teams one engine: Product marketing, creative/web, digital and field/event each produce; your job is that they compound, one scorecard, one weekly pipeline number, no pillar optimizing its own corner at the expense of the funnel.
• Win where buyers now look: enterprise buyers increasingly start with an AI answer, not a search page. Build the discipline of being that answer, AEO/GEO alongside classic SEO, Paid UA; before the category has a playbook for it. You will be writing that playbook.
• Move the commercial numbers, not the vanity ones: work shoulder to shoulder with Sales and Product on the buyer journey, cost.

What you will own

• Lead generation & the engine: you create and own the pipeline number: qualified opportunities per week, by region and source, feeding coverage ≥3× target. Built on CRM as single source of truth, marketing automation, AI tooling for enrichment and personalization, lead scoring and SDR handoff SLAs. House rule: one working automation shipped every week. Your scorecard, opps/week, pipeline influenced, funnel conversion, CAC trend, search/AI visibility, is auto-generated; a hand-assembled report is a broken one.
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute hyper-targeted, multi-channel account-based campaigns for Tier-1 enterprise targets, orchestrating digital, content, and field touchpoints to accelerate high-value, complex sales cycles.
• Product marketing: positioning and messaging per segment, launch plans per release, sales enablement (decks, battlecards, objection handling), analyst-facing narrative, pricing/packaging input. Your PMM also runs content (CEO story stream, funnel content, newsletter) and research/competitive intelligence.
• Brand, design & website: identity system and templates (in tandem with head of Design), all visual and video production on an AI-assisted workflow, the website as a measured conversion asset — not a brochure. Brand architecture decisions go to the CEO; everything else is yours.
• Digital acquisition: SEO plus the AEO/GEO frontier (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity answers), social channel strategy, performance marketing (UA, Linkedin first and other socials like Meta, Google etc), and instrumented campaigns, every channel measured to opportunity, not clicks.
• Influencer & creator-led marketing: play the game the way the fastest-growing AI companies now do creator-led, not ad-led. Build relationships with the enterprise-AI and fintech voices who shape the conversation (LinkedIn creators, newsletter authors, technical YouTubers, podcast hosts, practitioner communities, Insta/Tiktok creators for PF’s derivative products), seed the product with them, and turn their credibility into reach and pipeline. Measured on qualified attention into named accounts, not vanity impressions.
• Events, partnerships & field: flagship event calendar per hemisphere (WHEM/EHEM field marketers on your team), CEO and leadership speaking slots, partner co-marketing including Intellect co-sell moments, post-event pipeline attribution. The team: hire, develop and run the ~10-person org above , every hire screened for ability to exploit AI in their role. You are accountable for the function outproducing its headcount.

What we need from you

• 12+ years in B2B/enterprise software marketing with a proven track record of scaling an engine through high-growth phases (eg $1M to $10M+ ARR). You must have built or rebuilt at least one function end to end and led through managers, not just as an individual contributor.
• AI-native operator - a hiring gate: show us, in a work sample, how you use AI tools to do the work of a larger team, and how you would institutionalize that across your org.
• Enterprise and regulated-industry fluency: you can market to banks and large enterprises without triggering their allergy to hype - governance and explainability are selling points you know how to use.
• Hands-on command of the modern stack: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), automation (n8n/Make/Zapier-class), enrichment (Clay/Apollo-class), analytics/attribution (GA4, Search Console, dashboarding), SEO/AEO tooling, and daily fluency with frontier AI assistants. You configure before you hire.
• Demand-gen credibility with a number attached: you have owned a pipeline target and can talk specifically about what worked. Strong written English and comfort in a written-first culture — the pre-read replaces the status meeting here.
