Job summary

Aerchain is rewriting procurement with an AI-first platform that powers $20B+ in enterprise spend. You’ll own one or more modules end-to-end, engaging with enterprise clients to ensure they realise value from the product and lead solutioning for complex accounts.

You’ll prototype AI-driven solutions, define what gets built, and coordinate with business and engineering teams. You’ll report to a Principal PM / Lead Builder or a Senior PM / Senior Builder and help grow PMs in your cluster.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in product roles with demonstrated module or feature ownership.
• Ability to diagnose problems from first principles and prescribe solutions; you don’t simply take requirements.
• You use AI as a core part of how you work, across discovery, solutioning and delivery, including prototyping.

From $4M ARR today to $25M ARR and beyond, our mission is to build enterprise-grade, AI-first procurement software for global enterprises across manufacturing, FMCG, and services.

Role Snapshot

You’ll own a cluster of modules and be accountable for the outcomes they drive across customers. You’ll work with enterprise clients to ensure they realise value from the product, lead solutioning for complex accounts, define what the cluster builds and why, and ensure every module delivers measurable customer value. You’ll work across business, engineering, and leadership, and develop the PMs / Builders in your cluster. You set the

standard for how the cluster builds: solutions are prototyped in AI, and engineering builds forward from those prototypes rather than from a blank page. You report to the Product Lead.

Role Snapshot

You’ll own one or more modules end-to-end, not just the backlog, but the customer outcomes those modules drive. You’ll run customer engagements independently, work closely with business and engineering teams, and be the single point of authority for what gets built, deferred, and why. You don’t take requirements; you diagnose problems and prescribe solutions. You don’t just spec the build; you start it: you prototype the solution in AI, and engineering builds forward from what you’ve made rather than from a blank page. You report to a Principal PM / Lead Builder or a Senior PM / Senior Builder.

What You’ll Drive

Problem Discovery & Research

• Own customer engagements end-to-end: understand their problems, workflows, and success criteria well enough to prescribe, not just specify.
• Analyse data and signals to validate and size problems. Know the problem better than the customer does.
• Zero escalations without a recommended path and supporting reasoning.

Customer Ownership

• Own Tier B or Tier C customer engagements end-to-end, from understanding their problems to ensuring they realise value from the product.
• Solution customers independently, coordinating with other PMs / Builders where modules overlap.
• Be the single point of contact for your customers, not just during delivery, but through adoption and outcome validation.
• Define what gets built, deferred, and killed, with reasoning tied to customer outcomes, not stakeholder volume.
• Write PRDs that engineering can build from without constant clarification: scenarios, edge cases, and acceptance criteria all present before grooming.
• Build working prototypes in AI, not throwaway mockups. Your prototype is the foundation engineering builds forward from: developers extend the backend, harden it, and refine functionality from what you’ve already built. A large part of the build happens in your hands.
• Use AI across every step: research, problem framing, drafting, prototyping, validation.

Execution & Delivery

• Own sprint delivery for your modules. Coordinate across engineering and business teams. Unblock issues before they become delays.
• Ensure milestone testing and validation happens before release. Own the quality bar for your modules.

Release & Adoption

• Define and track customer‑value metrics for your modules, metrics that answer: is this module making procurement measurably better?
• Own post-release adoption. A shipped feature with no adoption is a failure you own.
