Job summary

Aerchain is redefining procurement with an AI-first platform that handles enterprise spend and delivers measurable customer value. You will own high-complexity modules, drive outcomes for Tier A/B customers, and mentor PMs/Builders while shaping solutions with AI from prototype to production.

You’ll collaborate across business, engineering, and leadership to define modules, write PRDs, and ensure value realization, with a focus on measurable customer outcomes and enterprise-scale impact.

• Define the module roadmap and decide what gets built, deferred, or killed with customer-outcome rationale.
• Prototype AI-powered solutions and hand them to engineering as the foundation for forward work.

From $4M ARR today to $25M ARR and beyond, our mission is to build enterprise-grade, AI-first procurement software for global enterprises across manufacturing, FMCG, and services.

Role Snapshot

You’ll own one or more high-complexity modules and be accountable for the outcomes they drive across customers. You’ll work with enterprise clients to ensure they realise value from the product, lead solutioning for complex accounts, define what your modules build and why, and ensure they deliver measurable customer value. You’ll work across business, engineering, and leadership, and mentor PMs / Builders. You build the solution yourself, prototyped in AI, and engineering builds forward from what you’ve made rather than from a blank page.

What You’ll Drive

Problem Discovery & Research

• Drive discovery for your modules: understand customer problems, workflows, and success criteria at the deepest level.
• Diagnose and size problems to a standard others can follow. Pressure-test recommendations, including your own.
• Zero escalations without a fully formed recommendation and reasoning.

Customer Ownership

• Own Tier A or Tier B customer engagements end-to-end, from understanding their problems to ensuring they realise value from the product.
• Solution enterprise clients independently, coordinating with PMs / Builders where modules overlap.
• Be the single point of contact for Tier A or Tier B customers through delivery, adoption, and outcome validation.
• Own the roadmap for your modules: what gets built, deferred, and killed, with reasoning tied to customer outcomes.
• Write the PRDs and build the prototypes for your modules: scenarios, edge cases, and acceptance criteria all present before grooming. Review PM / Builder work and find what’s missing.
• Build your prototypes in AI and hand them to engineering as the foundation they build forward from.
• Backend, hardening, and refinement of functionality all start from your prototype, not a blank page.
• Use AI across every step: research, problem framing, drafting, prototyping, validation. Set the standard for your modules.

Execution & Delivery

• Own delivery for your modules. Coordinate across engineering and business teams and unblock issues before they become delays.
• Own the quality bar for your modules. A delivery failure in your modules is your failure.

Release & Adoption

• Define and track the customer-value metrics for your modules, metrics that answer: is this module making procurement measurably better?
• Own post-release outcomes for Tier A or Tier B customers. Stay in the loop until value is confirmed.
• Mentor PMs / Builders: show them what good looks like.
